Hamburger Helper

You know, I really do think that Hamburger Helper helps your hamburger make a great meal. I'm a huge fan of virtually all Betty Crocker products, including Hamburger Helper, and in fact, I've been eating Cheeseburger Macaroni for as long as I can remember. And frankly it's just as tasty now as it was then.

My wife made the Hamburger Helper cheese ravioli version today, and I liked it a lot too. We have some fresh grated parmesan cheese that we added to it that really set it off. My daughters, who are almost 3, also like the stuff.

My wife and I were talking about different ways of making Hamburger Helper healthier too. I think if you use ground round and rinse the meat with hot water after cooking, you'll eliminate an enormous amount of fat from your diet. And in the recipes that call or milk in the sauce mix, you can eliminate more fat by using skim milk.

If you're a real health nut, you can use ground white meat turkey breast instead of hamburger. A lot of times the Hamburger Helper sauce mix will color the meat for you, and you'll never know the difference.

America's Most Wanted Secret Recipes

This site makes no secret of being an affiliate-revenue driven blog. So I'm going to start off by plugging an ebook that I think is absolutely fantastic called America's Most Wanted Recipes.

This ebook contains secret recipes from some of your favorite restaurants, including The Cheesecake Factory, KFC, Red Lobster, the Hard Rock Cafe, Wendy's, and more. I have a copy of America's Most Wanted Recipes, and my family and I love it.

I love eating out. My family does too. And the average family eats out at least 3 times a week. Buy my family and I probably eat out even more than that. But we save money from time to time, and have a little fun and family time, by preparing some of our favorite restaurant dishes from the recipes in this book.

One of my personal favorites is the Cheddar Biscuits from Red Lobster recipe. I can't get enough of those bad boys. The recipe is right here in the ebook. Another of my favorites is the recipe for Popeye's Fried Chicken and the recipe for Popeye's biscuits. No one makes better fried chicken and/or biscuits than Popeyes!

Right now, America's Most Wanted Recipes is offering a number of bonus gifts too. You'll receive copies of The Complete Library of Cooking, America's Most Wanted Low Carb Recipes, and America's Top 100 Drink Recipes. The copy of America's Most Wanted Recipes is by itself worth the $19.97 asking price, but with all these bonuses you can't go wrong.

But I'm desperate to make some money as an affiliate with them, so I'm offering a rebate to anyone who buys this product through my affiliate link.

If you buy your copy of America's Most Wanted Recipes from this site, through our link, then I'll send you $5 back via Paypal 90 days after you've made your purchase. Just contact me with your rebate request by forwarding your receipt to randyray at gmail dot com.

And if you decide that America's Most Wanted Recipes isn't everything I've made it out to be, they offer a no-questions-asked refund as long as you request the refund within 90 days. This is truly a no-risk offer, and as far as I know, no one else is offering this rebate on the ebook - so that makes this the cheapest place on the web to buy it!

The Beef Blog

This blog is an experiment of sorts. I've read a book called Strike It Niche, and I thought it would be interesting to take one of the niche ideas from the book and build a blog around it, kinda like wrapping a piece of steak in some bacon.

Bloggin is just another content management system, organized by date and time, and it's possibly as useful as something like Site Build It or FrontPage or the like. I see no reason why the principles from Strike It Niche wouldn't work just as well using bloggin software to create your niche website.

I picked this subject (beef and steak) from a list of 70 subjects because beef is something I have an actual interest in. I like to eat beef, at home and at restaurants, and I enjoy cooking beef too.

Please feel free to submit recipes in the comments field of any of the posts on this blog. I'd love to see this blog turn into a useful resource full of reader-submitted recipes. I'll be adding some recipes of my own, as well as other resources I've found on the internet for beef lovers.
